I would like to have Ryan Hartman recognized with his ability to teach this old man how to set up the users and how to use the GUI. He also taught me how to use the Mobile App and we are having zero problems with both. It all started with the initial contact with Kasandra, I had a feeling with how her knowledge with the company and getting us transitioned over from another service would be virtually seamless. South Bay ROCKS!!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction with South Bay’s installation technician (TJ Falls). His attitude from the get-go was not only professional and with an appreciative mentality as well. There were no issues with the installation and it went exactly as he had wanted it to. His ability to stay “down-to-earth” with his professionalism is second to none. He and his crew should be recognized for what I would consider a non-eventful installation. South Bay ROCKS!!

I am more than happy to applaud Robert and Matt, your helpful twosome, for returning to our church to deal with the issue concerning our inability to arm the building following the successful installation of the new panel. Thankfully it was a simple solution that took only 15 minutes to fix. Kudos to them and to you all for attending to it and getting it resolved.

I usually don’t take the time to praise where praise is due, but today was an exceptionally rough morning.  I called South Bay and within minutes Charlie pinpointed the problem, gave me a call back, then walked Jenna through the process of resetting the server.  The best part was the manner in which he did it.  He was kind, pleasant and truly conveyed that he wanted to help fix the issue… the first person that gave me that impression today.  So I will stop rambling, but I just wanted to let you know Charlie was the bomb today and I appreciate the way he handled our situation!

The last time we spoke, you mentioned that you had more work than you could handle and were even hiring. So I want to say thanks for sending TJ and crew out the day after I asked if you could get some cameras put up in the new construction area. TJ got them up, helped me configure them, and they look great.
