I usually don’t take the time to praise where praise is due, but today was an exceptionally rough morning. I called South Bay and within minutes Charlie pinpointed the problem, gave me a call back, then walked Jenna through the process of resetting the server. The best part was the manner in which he did it. He was kind, pleasant and truly conveyed that he wanted to help fix the issue… the first person that gave me that impression today. So I will stop rambling, but I just wanted to let you know Charlie was the bomb today and I appreciate the way he handled our situation!
